Head of Curriculum to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a high-quality, inclusive,

About the Role
As the Head of Curriculum, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and continuously
refining a curriculum framework aligned with the American National Curriculum, KHDA, and UAE
Ministry of Education standards. You will work closely with senior leadership, faculty, and
stakeholders to integrate innovative instructional strategies, leverage technology, and ensure that
our curriculum meets the diverse needs of our student community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive curriculum framework aligned with school objectives
and international standards.
Drive measurable improvements in student achievement and academic performance.
Provide leadership and training to educators on best practices in curriculum design and
innovative instructional methodologies.
Oversee curriculum reviews and assessment processes to refine teaching strategies and
enhance learning outcomes.
Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to integrate curriculum insights
into strategic planning.
Ensure full compliance with UAE education regulations, KHDA, and MOE requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous professional development among faculty members.
What We’re Looking for:
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
preferred; Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience: Proven track record in curriculum design, implementation, and leadership.
Skills: Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership abilities.
Personal Attributes: A passion for student success, innovative thinking, resilience, and
excellent communication skills.
