Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the school’s front office, handle inquiries, assist with emergencies, and ensure a professional environment for staff, students, and visitors.
Student Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential student records, attendance, and other critical information using student information systems (SIS).
Communication Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and students, managing school communications, newsletters, and announcements.
Scheduling and Event Planning: Organize meetings, maintain schedules for the principal and staff, and coordinate school events and activities.
Office and Technical Support: Proficiently use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, handle email management, and assist with basic IT troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional secretarial or business administration training is a plus.
Experience: Previous administrative experience in an educational setting is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
